About

Clay Cutler has always been musical, starting when he joined his church choir in the 1st grade. By 2008, Clay had picked up a guitar for the 2nd time in his life, and by the end of that year he was playing at open mics in Birmingham, Alabama. In 2009, Clay moved back home to Auburn, Alabama, and was playing all across town, along with venturing into Georgia for gigs. In 2013, Clay formed the duo Salem Railyard with Sylvia Rose Novak, who’s electric performances captivated audiences all across the South. Salem Railyard played their last gig in 2018, when Clay moved again and spent a year in purgatory, better known as the Washington, DC Metro Area. In 2019, Clay arrived in Colorado Springs, and once again began entertaining people with his unique blend of music and storytelling.

Clay has opened for/shared the stage with artists such as Chris Knight, Adam Hood, The Mulligan Brothers, Tony Brook, Spoonful James, Brett McDaniel, BB Palmer, The Bama Gamblers, Abe Partridge, Evan Barber, Matt Cain, and countless others
